Winning Team!

SEED together with established Singapore architects AC Consortium won a private competition for the new Headquarters of a prominent local company, leader in the asphalt production and internationally recognised. The project is due to break ground next year. The Client has also hired one of the ESD leading consultants to make their new HQ a zero-net energy building. The site is exceptionally located along the north sea shore of the island.

The building will also host the company R&D lab, a gem within the organization that helps to find innovative and environmentally sustainable solutions and products. There will be also educational facilities and a visitors centre, as the company is constantly engaged with schools and government agencies.
