As part of a pitch to the government to upgrade the urban planning parameters of the area, the project envisions a sustainable business space that redefines the standards of office and working environments. The primary planning objective is to develop a space for business and economic activities capable of renewing and rejuvenating the larger estate, transforming it into a premier technology hub nestled in a garden setting.

The proposed design attempts to creatively respond to Singapore's economic transition from "value adding" to "value creating." This requires a concerted effort from all stakeholders in the construction industry to imagine and establish a more flexible, vibrant, and healthy working environment.

The massing concept and urban planning follow a grid tilted 45 degrees from the road. The objective is to dissimulate the volume of the building and, at the same time, generate pockets of public space. This also allows the building to face key arrival directions, creating a strong presence and enhancing accessibility. By carefully integrating the building with the surrounding landscape, the design creates an inspiring and comfortable working environment that fosters productivity, collaboration, and well-being.
